Foundation Flow
This is the signature class at Coastal Pilates Studio. It offers low impact Pilates moves through a full body workout, leaving you feeling invigorated and motivated for your day! No class is the same, you will always be encouraged to try new moves and progress your pilates practice.
It is a great place for new people and the best place to restart after some time off. Some basic fitness is expected, but don’t let pain/injury stop you from trying pilates… you will learn to modify exercises specific to your needs and take these on into other classes offered at the studio.

Strength & Stretch Flow
This is it: everything you need packed into one amazing whole body sculpting class. The focus is on strength and conditioning using controlled movements at max load to build muscle and tone. There will be a combination of core work, lengthening movements and flowing sequences, with just the right amount of intensity to ‘push you to your limits’.
You’ll never get bored with the endless variety of creative and traditional reformer exercises offered in this class. Be prepared to work hard, see results and leave feeling empowered to do more of what you love in life.

Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow will up the pace and keep you moving at all times. In this class fun, dynamic movements are integrated amongst the usual favourites, adding a cardio element to your workout. This class is appropriate for all levels (modifications will be offered); however, due to its faster pace it is recommended that you attend Strength & Stretch or a Foundation Flow prior to jumping into this class.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
1:1
This class is an individually designed program to suit your exercise goals and specific needs. A private session is also a great way to introduce yourself to Reformer Pilates, giving you confidence to join a group class in the future (no injured bodies).
2:1 or 3:1 or 4:1
In these classes you nominate who you would like to attend with, be it someone from your family or a friend/s. Modifications and progressions will be offered throughout to ensure each of you achieve your desired goals.
CLINICAL PILATES
1:1
Clinical Pilates is used for client-specific treatment. These sessions can assist with rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, dealing with chronic pain (eg back or hips), balance retraining, exercising for osteoporosis or arthritis management. It differs from the other Pilates classes on offer, as it takes into account an individual's specific injuries and physical needs. After an initial assessment, a unique program is developed for each individual.
